Larimide was founded in 2012 in Alcoy, Spain. The company quickly made a name for itself in the cosmetics industry under the guidance of Mauricio Sanches, (whose family have been cosmetic industry pioneers for over 3 generations), and his wife, Sonoles Albert, a distinguished pharmacist. Their partnership and passion for breaking new ground in skincare, led them to create exclusive, high-quality formulations that fused the power of nature and science into a perfect blend of innovation and affordability.
Larimide continues to innovate and expand its product lines in 40 countries with high-quality products covering multiple beauty industry segments including beauty salons, dermatological clinics, spas, gyms, independent retail stores, and online sales.
Larimide’s dedication to excellence has earned their parent company, Laboratorio Español de Investigación Cosmetológica, numerous prestigious awards over the years, such as the Golden Medal from the Spanish Association of Image Professionals (AEDEPI), recognizing the significant contributions to the cosmetics industry the company has made. Other awards include The Health Beauty & Wellness Award for Best Cosmetic Manufacturing and R&D Specialists in Spain in 2020 and Best Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturing Specialist in Spain in 2021, presented by Lux Life Magazine, and the Prestige Award for Best Natural Product 2021/2022, to name a few.
